More progress. Tanya has finished the electrical panel and most of the insulation. The refrigeration is moving along, as always. And Bob has installed the new battery switch and wired the wind generator controls, among other things.

Tanya installing the electrical panels, color monitor and inverter/charger remote into the new wood panel. We also used window bolts, on the top left and right corners, to hold the panel in place rather than screws, much easier:

Perfect, and room for expansion:

Tanya finished insulating the V berth and the main cabin:

Fridge work continues… Conduit run from the freezer to the galley to connect the compressor and evaporator plate. Had to cut through seven inches of insulation and epoxy in the pvc conduit:

Evaporator plate is in the freezer, it’s not pretty but it’s in:

Holes cut for the spill over fan and the return:

12 volt fan installed for the fridge:

Then we installed the lids from www.rparts.com and plywood:

We’ll cut out plywood inserts for the lids and cover everything with formica:

Bob has mounted and wired in the new battery switch:

He also wired up the wind generator controls, great job!

…stay tuned, more later!

We were just discussing the same topic. We feel like practicing doctors that never went to medical school!
